Registration fees and services

Registration procedure

If incomplete or not accompanied by the relevant registration fee, the registration will not be considered valid. If the registration is not accepted, the amount will be refunded by September 30, 2025. In the event of withdrawal by the competitor, the registration fee will be:

- Refunded at 75% if the withdrawal is received by midnight on September 29, 2025;

- NOT REFUNDED if received after 12:01 a.m. on October 1, 2025.

Registration fees - Coppa Franco Mazzotti 2025 Edition

The registration fee of €980.00 includes, for two people:

One night in a hotel in Darfo Boario Terme, in a double room, with dinner and breakfast (October 4);

Two lunches (on the route, October 4, and lunch at the Ghedi Aerobase, October 5);

Coffee breaks at each time check;

Road book, race number stamps, verified sticker, and 2 passes;

Personalized clothing for each participant;

Various gadgets and gifts from sponsors.

Participation fees (choose one of the three options):

1. Full participation in the Coppa Franco Mazzotti 2025, for 2 people, with clothing and gadgets, overnight stay in Darfo Boario Terme in a double room on Saturday, October 4, 1 lunch in Idro, 1 aperitif and dinner in Darfo Boario Terme, 1 lunch at the Ghedi Aerobase, breakfasts, coffee breaks, and aperitifs: €980.00 including VAT.

2. Participation in the Coppa Franco Mazzotti 2025 without accommodation, for 2 people, with clothing and gadgets, 1 lunch on the route, 1 aperitif and dinner in Darfo Boario Terme, 1 lunch at the Ghedi Aerobase, breakfasts, coffee breaks, and aperitifs: €840.00 including VAT.

3.Full participation in the Coppa Franco Mazzotti 2025, for 2 people UNDER 30 (both the pilot and navigator must be under 30), with clothing and gadgets, overnight stay in Darfo Boario Terme in a double room on Saturday, October 4, 1 lunch in Idro, 1 aperitif and dinner in Darfo Boario Terme, 1 lunch at the Ghedi Aerobase, breakfasts, coffee breaks, and aperitifs: €500.00 including VAT.

 

Options (choose one or more):

- Supplement for accommodation in 2 single rooms: €120.00

- Additional nights in Sirmione, for 2 people, in a double room (Thursday 2nd and Friday 3rd October): €160.00 per night

- Supplement for 2 single rooms for additional nights: €150.00 per night

- Sticker pass for accompanying person/assistant plus Road Book: €100.00

- Accompanying person for the entire race, overnight stay in Boario Terme on Saturday, October 4, 1 lunch on the route, 1 dinner in Boario Terme, 1 lunch at the Ghedi Aerobase, breakfasts, coffee breaks, aperitifs, and gadgets: €500.00 per person

- Guests at Saturday lunch on the route: €40.00 per person

- Guests at Saturday dinner in Darfo Boario Terme: €50.00 per person

- Guests at Sunday lunch at the Aerobase in Ghedi: €50.00 per person

 

Registration closes on Sunday, 28 September 2025.
